Our Engineer Started To Study The Case Once Receive The Design Requirements
The maximum outer diameter of this product was 1.36mm and the total length was 4.0mm.Because of the limited space of the Bluetooth headset charging box, the total length of the customer’s single pin was designed to be very short, so its barrel did not have enough space, so, we designed the plunger to be a back drilling structure.
Requirement Studying And Plunger Design
- The plunger was made of lead-free brass HBi59 (Pb < 100ppm), its platings were gold Au 4U”.
- The plunger was made by a P4 precision machine, and the barrel was made by a precision CAM.
- The spring was made by a precision spring mechanism, the spring material was stainless steel SUS304, and its plating is Au.
